RFD Corporation was formed by the Ripp family when they purchased the land which is now North Ridge Estates, Waunakee. The land, which has been farmed by the Ripp’s for over 20 years, was purchased by RFD from their father/father-in-law for the purpose of developing. The Ripp’s have all lived, farmed and worked in this area for all their lives and know the importance of the Waunakee community. Their plans are to develop North Ridge Estates to be a beneficial addition to Waunakee.

North Ridge Estates consists of 165 residential lots, a condominium project being developed by Prairie Condominiums, a neighborhood park, a community park and multi-use paths along green space.

The members of RFD are proud of the work that has been done in North Ridge Estates and plan on continuing the project so that it is something the whole community can be proud of.
